Its a new year and time for a new workout plan. Over the course of the holidays I gained a ridiculous amount of weight and I pretty much stopped running or working out. Well its time to kick it in gear since summer is just right around the corner. Not am I only focused but I also decided to go Vegetarian again. For how long? Who knows... But I must say goodbye to the OH SO GOOD Korean BBQ and late night Del Taco binges.
The first goal of this year is gonna be this RUN So far it's me and Tia that are gonna run it. Anybody else wanna join? In lieu of Cinco De Mayo, we will be enjoying Cervezas and Patron after the run. HOLLER!
