Weather Outside is Frightful

But working on Christmas Eve is so delightful!

Actually no it's not. Why can't we have Christmas Eve and Day off? And to top it off I'm hungover this morning. Chris and I went xmas shopping last night and went on a little adventure. 1st we went to go vistit Gregg, her boyfriend, and yes it's 2 G's. I didn't spell it wrong. He was working at Heat and we went to go surprise him since Chris never ventures out of HB. 35 dollars and 3 drinks later we decided not to get raped by the bartender anymore and headed back to HB. Running into friends and having drinks was great until Yvonne, Filipino girl, says to me "you got thick! Buts it's ok. So did I! Its an asian thing for winter. " This is coming from a 5'8, 120lbs girl! I never knew it was "an asian thing" did you? Anyways I got sad then proceeded to get drunk. Now I'm at work hungover and upset that I look "thick" Christmas is tomorrow and I'm not eating. Enjoy your dinners for me! I'll be eating saltine crackers and drinking water till my thickness goes away. And yes its gonna take a long, long time.
Oh and good talking to the Everett folks last night. Happy Birthday Corrine!

Thanks for listening to my ranting and pretty pointless story. Maybe I'm still drunk. But you would think my thickness would've absorbed all the alcohol. Who knows? Anywho...

Laid Back Kick It and Enjoy the Ride

My parents came down on Saturday to visit for the holidays. What better way to get things started then having moms cook a bomb ass meal. We ate, drank, and ate some more. After the food was gone we did what most Vietnamese households do... We "NHAU" What that basically entails is drinking and snacking all night long. After all the alcohol was gone we proceeded to go sing Karaoke. Yes, my parents partied with us till 2am! They sang and taught us how to dance the Lambada. Good times with Family and Friends. Stories of what happened afterwards about "HBD" will be "TBD"...

Brrrrrrr, it's cold outside!!!

Shawn Waynes is just an awesome actor! You see White Chicks and Little Man? Those are quality films! I know it's cold here in Cali this winter and all. But Ugg Boots? C'mon someone with enough class to make those stupendous movies should be able to dress himself a lot better.

I give his movies an A+++++. But the Uggs just get a FAIL. Maybe I'm just jealous I can't afford these boots or the fact that my cankles don't allow me to wear them. Who knows? Damn!

How to not score chicks

Things not to do when wanting to bring a girl home:

1. DATE RAPE FACE. Peep Killa's look in the background of this pic.
Don't ever do this if you ever want to go home with someone besides yourself.

I love eating, but I hate that it makes me such a fat lard. I love all the extra insulation the fat from the food gives me during cold winters, but I hate that my sweat smells like cold cuts. Speaking of which 5 dollar footlongs are the shit! Anyways I wish I had cool photos on my BB of like naked drunken chicks or crazy street art or even pics of friends. NOPE! I have food. Ahhhhhhhh. Heartbreak

I was on the fence about getting this album. I liked a few singles that leaked out early before the release. Just wasn't sure how the whole thing would be in auto tune and with Yeezy singing on the whole thing. Well I finally decided to bootleg it and to my surprise I actually like the whole thing. From beginning to end. Well except for the last song which is a freestyle at a show he did that inspired the album. But I can't help but to feel all depressed after listening to it. Can we get some happy feel good music next? If you haven't copped it yet, I recommend that you do. Just don't listen to it alone with any sharp objects around. You might just end up hurting yourself cause you'll feel so depressed after it.

Cracked Out

Saturday night I decided to stay home and chillax after the crazy drunken night I had on Friday. I was on my Blackberry BBM'ing my friend while they were working not only to keep them company but also to make time fly by faster on my boring Saturday night. Midway through the convo my Blackberry cracked out and left me with a blank white screen and froze up. I tried all the tricks to reset the phone and nothing worked. I felt so alone and scared. This never happened before and I didn't know what to do. I gave it CPR, did the Heimlich on it, I even shocked it! but still nothing... I felt like I lost one of my own kids. One of the worse feelings I ever felt! OK not really but I did feel really naked. Luckily I had an extra phone around and was able to use that temporarily in order to call T-Mobile to get this fixed. But guess what? Apparently they don't have anyone working at midnight and I had to wait till 6am eastern time to call. I had a choice stay up for 3 hours and call them or try to sleep and call them in the AM. I chose to sleep. I call them the next day, Shout out to Suzy who helped me! We were on the phone for 2 hours fixing this! You can learn a lot from a person in 2 hours. I learned she lives in New Mexico, drives a Saturn, her sister lives in Jersey, and that New Mexico get cold but hardly snows. I guess her way of small talk was to get personal. After 2 hours of being on the phone... I fixed my phone, feel complete again, and made a new friend. I am going to continue to call T-mobile everyday until I get Suzy again. I felt like we had a connection. I don't care that she sounded 58 and was a loony white lady. We shared something special and I'll never forget that. Thanks for the help Suzy ;)

I'll take it with a DIET Coke

Has anyone seen the McDonald's commercials lately advertising the Chicken McNuggets? They have everything from R&B songs to weddings with McNuggets cake. and it's not like they play one at a time, they play like 5 at a time minimum. Every time those commercials come on I wanna drop everything I'm doing and run to the nearest Mickey D's to grab some of these all white meat delights. Those damn commercials be working!

I grew up during the whole 6 piece McNugget Happy Meal generation. That's right 6 pieces! None of this 4 piece crap with apple wedges that they have these days. As I grew older I evolved to the 20 piece meals SUPER SIZED! I get it with a Coke! I kept it real. Not like peeps now-a-days that order a shit load of food and get a Diet Coke because it makes them feel better for ordering so much food. But damn can they please bring back the 20 piece meals in the 20 piece box? It never failed back in the day that at least 1 piece in their would not be properly cooked and that you can go back and get another 20 piece all for free!

Now that you are craving McNuggets, your welcome, go grab some for lunch and request the Golden Arches to start carrying 20 piece meals again in the 20 piece box. This diet has worked wonders on my chiseled physique. I hope that it can help you out as well. Oh and grab the hot mustard! You won't regret it! (TWSS!)

There's Always a First...

There's always a first for everything. This year was the FIRST time I cooked the whole Thanksgiving dinner. From the turkey to the dessert. I'm Thankful that it turned out good and that nobody had to run to the restroom right after eating my food. As much fun as it was... I think I'll let someone else do the cooking next year. Hope you guys had a Happy Thanksgiving!
