So we just finished the Nike Human Race 10k and already have signed up for another one. The 10k was the jump off for the upcoming year. Its hard to believe that I am actually into running. This is coming from a guy that used to run a 16 minute mile in high school, and that was fast for me. Who would've ever thought I could do 6, maybe 13, and even 26 miles... Me and Squeezy are already signed up for the LB run on OCT. 12, 2008. If anyone is interested, here is the link. See you guys at the finish line!

doin work son! all in preparation for the seafair half marathon next year... you better practice on some hills... maybe while the hills is on...again... cuz those hills are killer!
